We want to close the gender gap and see more successful female leadership careers and make women more visible in technical professions. It is especially important to us that the female talents can be part of an international network to take opportunities.
We would like to make our contribution for economic and academic equality on the labor market for women. To do so, our goal is to give women worldwide the access to the international and German labor market.
Emmelie König and Natalia Wallroth met each other on the tennis court in university and quickly realized that they have many interests in common, but most importantly, same visions. Both worked in STEM professions for several years and experienced corporate landscapes in companies such as Deutsche Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Lufthansa, Daimler, Telekom, Coca-Cola, Ernst & Young, Infineon Technologies, the German Savings Banks Association (DSGV head organisation), Bundestag, the federal ministries & further government institutions in public sector. Working in tech made them realize how underrepresented women are in technical jobs as well as in leadership positions. This observation motivated them to find a business idea to actively empower women and their talents.
